Who we are

This website, crcoreconsulting.com, is run by Cristina Recchia, trading as CoRE Consulting, Strandboulevarden 36, 5.tv, 2100 Copenhagen Ø, Denmark. CVR 46494156. Cristina Recchia is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact me about privacy at any time at cristina@crcoreconsulting.com.

What personal data I collect

When you contact me through the contact form or by email, I collect the details you choose to share: usually your name, email address, company and the content of your message. I use this only to reply to your enquiry and, if we decide to work together, to prepare and carry out our collaboration. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and my legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)).

When you visit the website, basic technical and usage data (such as pages visited, browser type, approximate location and referring site) may be collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described below.

Who processes data on my behalf

I use a small number of trusted providers to run this website and my email: Squarespace (website hosting, forms and analytics) and Google Workspace (email). They process data only on my instructions under data processing agreements. Some of these providers are based in the United States; transfers outside the EU/EEA are protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. I never sell your personal data or share it for marketing purposes.

How long I keep your data

Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, business records such as contracts and invoices are kept for 5 years, as required by Danish bookkeeping law.

Cookies

This website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, and analytics cookies that help me understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies are only set with your consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time through the cookie banner.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email cristina@crcoreconsulting.com and I will reply within one month. If you believe your data has been handled incorrectly, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), www.datatilsynet.dk.

I may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
